  1. How big is Central Park?
    The area of Central Park is 843 acres or 6% of the total area of Manhattan Island.

  2. Can I reserve my tour online?
    Yes you can! As a matter of fact if you complete your reservation online you will get at least 10% off the price of any tour provided on our website. Just go to our tours page.

  3. What payment methods do you support?
    We process all payments through fully PCI compliant payment gateway. We currently accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards.

  4. It is suppose to rain that day. Can I reschedule or cancel my tour?
    Yes, Definitely! We are very flexible with the reservations and we can always reschedule the tour due to bad weather. You can also cancel the tour and receive 100% refund, as long as you inform us at least 24hrs in advance.

  5. I would like to book the pedicab tour. How many people can fit in one pedicab (rickshaw)?
    A pedicab (rickshaw) can fit up to 2 adults and 1 child, for the regular tour in Central Park and only 2 adults for the longer tour, which goes around the whole park. If you need two or more pedicabs, we make sure that they stay close together (often side by side) during the entire tour, so that the your group stays together.

  6. We already booked the tour but we are not sure where the departing location is?
    You have two options. You can either come to Fancy Apple Bike Store (870 7th Ave, New York, NY 10019), where your tour guide will be waiting for you or you can have the tour guide pick you up straight from your hotel. If you want to be picked up from your hotel (or another location) please give us a call in advance and let us know. Depending on your location there might be a small pick up fee.

  7. Is the TIP included in the price of the tour?
    Tips are not included in the price of the tour. If you enjoyed the tour you may tip your tour guide.

  8. Do you offer group discounts?
    Please contact us if you have a big group and we will give you a group discount.

  9. We want to see the whole park. Which tour should we choose?
    There are only two ways to see the entire park - The long pedicab tour and the bike tour.

  10. Where does the tour end?
    We usually start and finish all tours at the same location - Columbus Circle. However, you can let us know where you would like to end and we can accommodate this.

  11. What happens if I arrive late - very close to departure time?
    Just let us know if you are going to be late for the tour and we will inform the tour guide to wait for you.

  12. We have a tight schedule and we are not really sure at what time we want to start the tour. What should we do?
    If you are not sure about the exact time you want to start the tour, just put an approximate time and you can call on the day of the tour to confirm the time.

  13. Do we need to bring some form of proof that we paid for the tour?
    Once you completed the reservation and paid for the tour, you don't need to bring a printed receipt. We will have your information in our system.

  14. How long it takes to receive my refund from Central Park Tours?
    It usually takes around 10 days for all refunds to be proccessed.
